Sean Frankel started developing real estate with his brother Shane in 2001, and since then, has been responsible for the acquisition, development, repositioning and management of a $100M+ portfolio consisting of hundreds of multifamily residential units. With the support of numerous Philadelphia community groups and the Redevelopment Authority of Philadelphia, he has contributed to the revitalization of many Philadelphia neighborhoods, spanning a variety of residential and commercial spaces from single family homes to multi-family condominiums.

After Shane passed away in 2012, Sean contributed a playground to Shane’s elementary school in his honor. In addition to the playground, Sean and his wife also donate to causes such as Woody Starkweather Intensive Stuttering Program and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

Sean holds a B.S. in Accounting from Temple University and resides in Montgomery County with his wife and two children.
